music in the Park & car show
Satturday, August 12 – 5 to 8 pm
In West Side Memorial Park this night the band Spinout will play from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Enjoy the annual car show; sample the market (open 5:00 pm). Bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket and enyoy the shade of historic sycamore trees. Sponsored this evening by Tuolumne Memorial Museum.

It’s summertime! Join us in the Musem courtyard for free sundaes, root beer floats and homemade cookies! There will be music and the pleasure of meeting & visiting with neighbors and friends!

Come out for the heartwarming Tuolumne Christmas Parade at Westside Memorial Park, then warm your hands and tummy with hot chocolate and community in the Veteran’s Hall. We have heard that Santa and the Mrs. are planning to be there.

Homemade cookies, live Christmas music, a brilliantly lit ceiling-high tree, richly decorated rooms and a mix of Christmas favorites and songs from the past…. all to be enjoyed at the Museum’s Christmas Open House!

There is a changing display in the Community Room. In August, 2026, it tells the story of the Museum’s participation in the annual Lumber Jubilee Parades and Julie Castillo, the dedicated genius behind years of Museum’s floats.
